Fishing Boat Rentals
Center Consoles, Live Wells and a Fishing Package
Our fishing boat rental in Cape Coral is mostly our center console boats, plus deck boats that allow fishing. They're well-equipped for the job, with live wells on the consoles and decks and a depth finder on the consoles. Add the Fishing Package, grab frozen shrimp bait at our store, and you're set. See every boat in our boat rentals fleet, or browse the boats below that allow fishing.

Picking a Fishing Boat Rental
Want to rent a boat for fishing and not sure which one? Start with a center console. The open deck lets you cast from every side, and it handles more open water. Our Key West consoles come in 21' and 24' lengths. A deck boat that allows fishing works well when part of the group wants to fish and the rest want to relax.

The Fishing Package and Bait
Fishing gear is an add-on, not included with the boat. You can add it when you book or ask at the dock:
- Fishing Package, $60 each, per day: 2 adult poles, a tackle box loaded with tackle, a net and bait
- Additional poles for adults and children, $20 each, per day, when you need more than the 2 in the Fishing Package
See all the add-ons on our accessories page. Our Ships Store at the marina sells frozen shrimp bait and ice in person, along with sunblock and hats.

Fishing in Cape Coral
From the marina you have the canals, the Caloosahatchee River, the back bays and Pine Island Sound to work, and the near-shore Gulf on a good day in a boat approved for it. Where the fish are changes with the season and the tide. Your captain will show you on the map where to go, where not to go and how the tides affect the shallows.
Fishing Rules on Our Boats
Not every boat allows fishing. Some newer deck boats are no-fishing boats to protect the upholstery. The grid above shows only the boats that allow it, and each boat's page says so.
Florida requires a saltwater fishing license for most anglers, with exemptions that include children under 16 and Florida residents 65 and older with proof of age and residency. Check the rules and buy a license through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission before your trip.
